Aktivitas pembekuan darah yang sangat agresif beresiko menyebabkan CLOT atau pembekuan darah mendadak yang menyebabkan serangan jantung.ternyata hasil riset cukup menarik ternyata trombosit pada kelompok pecandu coklat kelas berat bereaksi lebih lambat dalam pembekuan darah waktu 130 detik, sedangkan pecandu coklat kelas ringan cuman 123 detik. Tes urine juga menunjukan bahwa pecandu coklat menghasilkan lebih sedikit tomboksane, senyawa buangan akibat kerja trombosit membekuan darah.
Ini berarti darah pecandu coklat berat lebih encer tidak pekat dan lengket dan mengalir lebih lancar. Jadi efek coklat ini sama dengan efek yang dihasilkan aspirin. Jadi jangan takut buat mengkomsumsi coklat ternyata coklat sangat banyak manfaat dan gunanya. Tetapi bukan berarti mengkomsumsinya secara berlebihan sampai tergila-gila. Karena tidak semuanya coklat itu murni dan asli. Bisa-bisa anda akan kena timbunan gula atau lemak bila menyantapnya secara sembarangan.
nah, kalo males baca yang di atas, baca ini aja hihi. intinya coklat bagus buat penghilang stress, apalagi kalo buat cewe. tapi yaa kalo kebanyakan juga ngga bagus, jadi konsumsi seperlunya aja

you're "well-balanced means" are not going to make you healthy, because your excess sugar intake is upsetting that balance.
of course, no one can really cut candy off ccompletely, but you can cut back. and if weight gain is not a good enough motivation for you to cut sugar, then i'll guess you'll continue on until you develop some other major issues.

Advice: IF your mom is alive and close to you, give her a big kiss and ask her for forgiveness. If she is far away, call her. if she passed away, pray for her.
